Q. What is the process followed after placing an order through COD?
A.
1. While choosing a payment Option, select "Cash-on-Delivery" option.
2. A confirmation mail will be sent to you with your order details.
3. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the specified time(3-7 days).
4. You will be required to make a cash payment to our Courier Partner(no cheque or DD will be accepted) at the time of delivery of your product.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
Q. What is the duration in which I can return or exchange the product?
A. You can raise a return or exchange request of the product within 7 days of receipt of item.
Q. How does WINGZZ return policy work?
A. 1. WINGZZ 7 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on WINGZZ within 7 days of receipt of the item.Products eligible for return may be different for different Sellers. Some products may not be eligible for return. Please check the product detail page carefully for the same.
2. The product should be unused and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.
3. The returns made by the customer should be genuine and as per Terms and Conditions of the company.
4. After we receive the product from the customer, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product qualifies the quality check, we will credit the amount you paid for product in your account or replace the product.(whichever is applicable)
5. If the picked up product does not pass the necessary quality check, we will ship the product back to you.
6. If you wish to exchange your purchased product for an alternate product, then send us a mail on support@wingzz.co.in, for replacement of that product.Same product will be replaced and no additional cost will be incurred.Replacement can be done of same product only.
7. If you self-ship any product without informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return. If you self-ship your returns, your shipping costs would be reimbursed, subject to your return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy and the image of the courier receipt is shared by you and validated by us. For self ship returns, the refund for returned products will only be initiated, if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reshipped back to you.
