What is the duration in which I can return or exchange the product?

You can raise a return or exchange request of the product within 7 days of receipt of item.

 

How does WINGZZ return policy work?

1.WINGZZ 7 days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on WINGZZ within 7 days of receipt of the item. 

2.The product should be unused and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging.

3.The returns made by the customer should be genuine and as per Terms and Conditions of the company.

4.After we receive the product from the customer, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product qualifies the quality check,we will credit the amount you paid for the product

in your account(minus any Shipping Charges) or in the form of WINGZZ Store Credits as per your wish

5.If the picked up product does not pass the necessary quality check, we will ship the product back to you.

6.If you wish to exchange your purchased product for an alternate product, then return it to obtain store credits and purchase the new item separately.

7.If you self-ship any product without informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

 

How does work return policy Work.

1.In how much time will I receive the refund ?

2.Refund will be credited to your account within 7 days after receiving the returned product.

3.Are shipping charges(if applicable)refundable in case of return or exchange of product which was delivered in perfect condition ?

4.No, shipping charges are not refundable, if the product is returned by the customer delivered in perfect condition as per customer's requirement.

5.Do I have to pay shipping charges while returning a product, if my product passes the return policy of WINGZZ?

6.Yes,If the product was delivered in perfect condition & you want to exchange or return the product,then shipping charge will be borne by the customer. 

7.If I return the product which was received in damaged condition,how will I receive the refund?

8.If the product received by customer is damaged or different,the product can be returned for replacement or refund in your bank account(if the product is unavailable at the time of delivery) or you can even

opt for WINGZZ store credits.Once you have accepted the product, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects.
